1. Digital Product Nature
Strategy69 provides digital services (AI-powered strategy generation and backtesting). Due to the instant delivery nature of our service, refund eligibility is limited once credits have been used.
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Technical Issues: If our platform fails to deliver the service due to technical problems on our end
- Payment Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
- Unused Credits: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have NOT used any of the purchased credits
- Service Unavailability: Extended service outages (more than 24 hours) affecting your ability to use purchased credits
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Credits that have already been used (partially or fully)
- Dissatisfaction with strategy performance or backtest results
- User error or misunderstanding of the service
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (for unused credits)
- Free credits provided at registration

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your registered email address
- Provide the transaction ID or payment receipt
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots if applicable
5. Cancellation Policy
Strategy69 operates on a pay-per-use credit system, not a subscription model. Therefore:
- There is no recurring subscription to cancel
- Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support
- Upon account closure, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- If only some credits from a purchase have been used, we may refund the unused portion
- Partial refunds are calculated based on the per-credit rate of your purchase
- Partial refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
7. Credit Packs & Pricing
Refunds are processed based on the actual amount paid. Promotional discounts or bonus credits are non-refundable.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account pending investigation
- Terminate your account if the chargeback is deemed fraudulent
