Welcome to Strategy69. By accessing or using our trading strategy backtesting platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Strategy69 provides an AI-powered trading strategy backtesting platform that allows users to:

• Generate trading strategy code using natural language descriptions
• Backtest strategies against historical market data
• Analyze strategy performance through charts and statistics
• Save and manage multiple strategies

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

• Our services operate on a credit-based system
• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through Razorpay
• Each strategy generation or modification consumes 1 credit
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively
• Circumvent any usage limitations or security measures
• Upload malicious content or code

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Property: The Strategy69 platform, its design, code, and AI models remain our exclusive property
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the strategy descriptions and configurations you create
• Generated Code: Strategy code generated by our AI is provided for your personal use in trading

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Temporarily suspend service for urgent maintenance or security issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for losses from trading based on strategies generated on our platform

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategy69 and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or its resources

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
